LOST CARDS DURING MIGRATION

Is there a fix on the horizon for everyone's lost cards? Is there not still records of the old TCGO accounts that can be used to correct this? I lost about half if not more of my collection, and it seems some lost their entire collection. I expected much more from you Pokemon and hope that a resolution comes soon, thank you.
