No timer for opponent to take final prize card

After taking the final KO, there was no timer for my opponent to take their final prize card. I left the game in that state for at least 5 minutes while I went to get a soda. When I returned my opponent still had not taken their final prize card.
They did have 0 cards remaining in deck at that point, not sure if that matters or not.
