Avatars should be removed

I think the avatars we currently have in game should be removed, they are awful and embarrassing. Also there is no reason to also have them constantly show up while in a match. They serve no meaningful purpose, that space could be used to increase the size of the board so we can actually have full-sized Pokemon in the bench.
Avatars should either be removed completely or switched with good quality art like actual trainers (or even Pokemons) from the Pokemon universe and there should be no reason for them to show up for the whole length of the match.

Avatars are not the reason for the short cards on the bench. That just because of mobile and copying other digital TCG apps.

At least the option to have them hidden in the settings would be nice.
