Game unplayable on Windows

Is that expected that Game is completly unplayable on Windows in the current state?

I just tried to play few games. Errors I got:

1. Game got stuck when selecting first pokemon. Cannot see my hand or enything. Time runs out.
2. When selectinc something from hand or deck 50% of the time I cannot see vaild targets, when they are obviously there. I can see indicator that there is X valid cards, but the are invisible and you can't do anythin until time runs out. It seems to be completly random. I played 2 same cards one after another one works second doesn't.
3. Even in case when I can see cards I cannot some of the valid ones. Only few are selectable/draggable, Even though all are in the valid ones.
4. Some cards are not visible in hand. I can only see back of the card.
5. This may be expected but when I tried to restart the game when it got stuck I immediately lost the match.

In general I tried 5 games was unable to finish even one.
