do you get any compensation for items in the previous TCG game?

I just migrated my TCG account over to the TCG Live game but none of my 7+ years worth of redeemed decks or collected cards were migrated. So I am coming to the official forum to see if maybe I will get them or some sort of compensation once they servers go live in June or if all my stuff is permanently gone.

Your cards can be seen whenever you access the deck-building page under your Card Library, you’ll have to enter the filter page and select the “all” option in the show cards section. Just warned that only SM-on cards are usable right now.

All BLW-on cards (up to 4 copies barring some cards like Energies, Prism Stars, and Ace Specs that have limits that are different than the usual limit) and some deck accessories (with only one of each being transferred, any others will not be transferred) are transferred. Cards from HGSS-Call of Legends, Avatar items, deck lists, certain deck accessories, and any BLW-on beyond the transfer limit are not transferred.

As far as compensation goes you’d only receive compensation (in the form of Crystals) if you had unopened packs in your account at the time of migration, the minimum you could get is 500 Crystals and the max is 12,400 Crystals.

You have all cards you previously had except for cards in the heart gold soul silver era. However, you cannot play any cards before sun and moon in the game as of now. You do also get compensation for any packs and extra cards you have.
