Prize card hack?

I played three games today. Each time my opponent knocked outy active Pokemon and we t to draw a prize card... They waited forever to finally select a prize card. Is there some sort of new hack where they get to see what the card will be when they go to select it? It shouldn't take 30 seconds to chose a single prize card for knocking out a basic Pokemon. So it made me wonder whether there's cheating going on

Sometimes you end up playing against a streamer and some of they usually take that time to talk with chat.

If your opponent played peonia then they might be trying to remember what cards they put back and in what order. It is also possible they are experiencing lag or are trying to take a second to map out there price trades for the win.
