Why are cards auto trading for credits when I open code card packs?

I've been scanning in code cards in bulk. When I open all of them at once, and scroll through the cards, a number of them are listed at the bottom as "traded cards" for a credit. This is happening automatically, I'm not given a choice. Why is this happening?

Because you already own the maximum copies you can play of that version of the card.

If you own 4 copies of rare candy (regular art from the SV set) the next time you pull a regular art rare candy from SV it will turn automatically into credits.

If you pull a radiant greninja it will already turn into credits because the game gives you one for free and you can only have 1 in your collection, since you can only play 1 radiant pokemon in your deck.
