Why not working when I redeem codes of purple and scarlet??

I have redeemed codes from 10 packages that I have physically purchased and the packs do not appear in any of the 2 games. Why?

If you redeemed in PTCG Live they will open "automatically" as you confirm and redeem, there is no pack collection there. If you redeemed in PTCG Online the packs can go to the packs section of your collection, but Scarlet & Violet is not supported by PTCG Online so those packs and forward will only open in PTCG Live.

Also the packs don't jump between games, you either redeem in one game or the other.

What if you redeem them on the iPhone through the website, I redeemed 10 packs through the browser on my iPhone and went back to the tcg live app and can’t find the packs. Do they open already?

You might have skipped the animation without realizing it? The packs do let you "open" them like real packs when you first receive them, but if you somehow skipped the animation (by hitting collect all or, presumably, if the client crashes right as you're collecting them) it doesn't tell you a second time so you'd have to sift through your inventory and take a guess at what's new.

@SomeBeach yes, if you redeemed in the official Pokémon TCG Live website the packs will also automatically open.
