Why can’t I obtain my deck in Pokemon TCG Live?

I recently got a new deck in person and I was curious and wanted to test it out because I wouldn’t be playing with the friend I normally would play with for a little while so I downloaded the game and went to put my code in and it worked but I never got anything and when I got to put the code in it doesn’t let me redeem it because it’s registering as claimed already how do I fix this if possible?

You should be able to contact support, and they'll be able to see that you claimed the code, but that you didn't recieve anything, and they should add the missing cards to your account.
