Where are my unopened packs?

It's my first time using TCGL after migrating from TCGO.

I had redeemed 17 packs of SV, and got through I think maybe 10 of them? I opened my phone while I was doing this, but unfortunately the last app I had opened (because I was scanning cards) was TCG Live, and before I could close out of that app, it detected on my desktop that I had signed in from another device and disconnected me in the middle of opening the packs. I don't know what happened to the rest of the packs I was opening. Did they disappear? I can't seem to find them anywhere. Did they just get opened for me? Is there no history log I can check anywhere?

    I had the same thing happen to me but it doesn't seem like I received the cards because my total amount of cards doesn't add up.....

    this is dumb i was saving my cards to open a lot with my grandson at one time and he is sad that there is no animation now. I hope THey read this and re add the animation
