Stuck on animation screen

This isn't the first time it's happened to me. In some animations for attaching energy, the screen freezes creating a Softlock in the game.
I would like to know if this is a problem with my Cell Phone (Poco X3 NFC) or if it is a bug (If so, here is the report).
I already uninstalled and reinstalled the game believing that this bug could be an installation problem.
Someone with the same problem?
