In Casual Mode you can switch between Standard and Expanded. You have to be in Expanded mode to make expanded decks. I've also noticed that when you import decks (FYI You have to delete the leading zeros from the card number for the import the work ei: change 059 to 59), it doesn't necessarily import the right "rarity" so you hav to select the card, remove the rarity you don't have, then add the one you do. I have noticed that a lot of the trade-locked cards simply DON'T transfer. So any decks you made using the free cards you got when you first joined TCGO are not free anymore.
