Ladder points.
Has anyone had any issues with ladder points changing. I know they reset after the session is over but on the 21st I won a match and broke into the 800s then woke up on the 22nd and was back down to 600!? Sad. I was about to break into alakazam. Not only did I got back down but now my ladder height is no longer there either. Any thoughts? Is there just something I over looked or didn't understand?

But why would it be matchmaking over and over when the app was closed. And why would my record high not still be 800? At this point I don't have a record high anymore.

Same thing happened to me twice this week. Each time I lost over 100 points on ladder rank. Any tips on how to avoid this? What is desync and resetting account (mentioned above)?
