Hey ho Cherry-o! Its professor Cherry! I just realized, I never introduced myself! Donde estas manners? Pardon my French. (Pssst. That was funny because that was actually Spanglish, not French) Anyways as im walking on this long... boring... terrifying journey to Art Land... here's me being selfish and talking about myself!

Heres a little bit about me. My name is Jamie Cherry-Harper. Im an INFJ and you guessed it, a well renowned artist, a candle maker for some strange reason, and biologist! I don't really like social situations, so i surround myself with nature to distract myself and boy is it healthy!

I was born at a very young age. I grew up and I couldn't eat, see or think. And then i did. All. That. My mother told me that pokemon are strange and sometimes scary creatures. I asked why they're strange and scary creatures. She said because as humans were meant to fear the unknown. Its biology and its kept us alive for a long time.

Fast forward a couple five years when I was 10, I was in the forest of my hometown, and I came across a giant creature. Now imagine your about four feet tall and you see a giant beast towering over you at a whopping a lot of feet tall. How would you feel? I was scared. I thought that this was my last moment. I started crying. Then, a little creature crawled out from its stomach fold. It gave me a sitrus berry. Then I realized, it was a baby Khengaskhan. And its mother was smiling. Its hard to tell when a giant creature is happy, but i could feel it. It was my gaurdian, if only for a few moments. Then, as I took my bite, it was off. That was the best sitrus berry I've ever had. And from then I had the questions. How and why?

I was 14 years old when I took my biology classes. I learned about various phenomenon and rituals of the pokemon. Why they are the way they are, and how can I make humans not afraid are my driving questions. I passed with flying colors in my classes, allowing me to graduate two years early. I headed off to college as soon as possible to learn about pokemon.

I took every course available. Battle Calculus, Language arts (how do you think i got my French? Hola! Quieres un Cafe con Leche y pan!), history of bonds with humans and pokemon and how they changed history (HBWH&P&HTCH, only the best babyyy!) and biology. And only the best battle league avaliable! (Only ever got participation awards but I got close!

I felt like everything in the world felt awesome. As I chased that degree and pushed through. After graduating feeling like I wasted my time, I began personal field work. Using the concepts I learned in college, I was able to do things pretty quickly and analyze things pretty good. Im not on an Ash Ketchum or Wolfe Glick level, but im still pretty good!

I gathered up a crew and set out for the greatest expedition of my life! With the new urban redevelopment plans in Kalos, they have pokemon that aren't found anywhere else, and they apparently have different behavior patterns than in the wild so I have to check it out! But, after my boat was running low on food, we made a stop in Paldea. And as I was looking at the Shellos, they took of on my boat. Unbelievable! They weren't even heading in the right direction! They were heading out to Unova.

Anyways youre all caught up. Im a socially awkward pokemon biologist with a passion for science and biology. Imagine if I met someone tomorrow and they are like the complete exact opposite of me. How crazy would that be?
