is this a legit groudon? double checking

Before the shutdown of pokemon bank, I’ve been moving pokemon and had a small issue. sorry I’m new here so please be patient w me thanks! If this is the wrong place to post this, please let me know and I’ll move it somewhere else, and please tell me where I can ask this question: elsewhere on this site or some other site, because I really would appreciate an answer. I can totally move this question somewhere else if it isn’t preferred for me to ask here. Also please check the images provided for context- ok so I am trying to transfer some pokemon to home, but it wouldn’t let me for some reason: it said there’s an error with 1 pokemon, so I paused and tried to find which pokemon has the error: it’s a groudon.  This groudon doesn’t appear to be hacked, I remember getting it from an event of some sort. It’s very weird. maybe this event is locked, or something. Also the OT trainer seems to be fine (it’s Japanese, which makes me think, event)and the ribbon also makes  me think it’s an event pokemon that’s probably legit… but I don’t know for sure why its being weird when I try to transfer it. any advice is appreciated im just curious I may not transfer it anyway, but it’s a little odd so I’m curious. Thank you !
