Arcanine, Tyranitar (without Sand Stream), Metagross, Garchomp, Whimsicott, Greninja, Mimikyu, Appletun, and Arboliva.
Most of those are because they're cool and the last two are for survival

Snorlax, Espeon, Absol, Garchomp (can I have a mega z stone too?), Whimsicott, Delphox, Zacian, and Koraidon.

Kanto: Charizard. I don't even need to think about it
Johto: Umbreon. Only Johto Pokémon I like
Hoenn: Things get a bit tough here. Gardevoir, Absol, and Sceptile are all good Pokémon. But Blaziken is my pick
Sinnoh: Nearly impossible to choose. Staraptor, Luxray, Garchomp, Glaceon, Lucario, Weavile... So much good stuff... But Infernape has to be my pick
Unova: Again, many good (just not as many). Krookodile, Samurott line, Zoroark, Zekrom, and Haxorus. But my choice is Dewott. I love the guy for some reason
Kalos: Noivern, Hawlucha, Talonflame, Malamar (it genuinely grew on me), Meowstic, and Yveltal are all tempting, but I must save Delphox. I love my Phoxy
Alola: SO MANY GOOD ONES I FORGOT!!! Incinaroar, Decidueye, Primarina (earned my respect), Golisopod, Lycanroc, Zeraora, Marshadow, Sogaleo, Syvally, Necrazma, Mimikyu, Tapu Koko... Hmm… I think I have to go with Alolan Ninetales though. My Cold Queen is incredible
Galar: Corviknight, Inteleon, Dragapult, the Urshifus, Regidrago, Galarian Zapdos, Galarian Articuno, SirFetch'd, Toxtricity. I name you all to apologize because Cinderace is my pick without a shadow of doubt in my mind
Paldea: Not many here I love but the ones I do love I love deeply. I'm sorry to Armarouge, Quaquaval, Meowscarada, and Daschbun. I save my girl Ceruledge
Hisui: I love Sneasler, Hisian Braviary, Hisuian Samurott, and Hisuian Decidueye, but I choose my angelic demon Hisuian Zoroark

I personally feel the entire evolution line should be saved but I digress.
