[Pokémon TCG Live] Maintenance Notice

The Pokémon TCG Live game client will be offline for maintenance from 15:00 ~ 23:00 (UTC) on August 19, 2025.
Please see the Version 1.29.0 Patch Notes for more information on fixes and changes.

The Code Card Redemption Website will also be briefly offline during the above maintenance window, from 15:00 ~ 18:00 (UTC).
During this period, code card redemption via the website will be unavailable.

Is there an Unlimited format coming?

I spent quite a while building a card collection in TCG Online, though I took a break from the game for a couple years. I always played in the Unlimited format, because it was the only viable play style for a casual player like myself. However, after migrating my cards to TCG Live, I found out that a huge proportion of my cards are banned, so I can’t even use the cards I migrated. Will an Unlimited format be coming? If not, please consider adding it, because I fee very cheated without the cards I worked hard to get.

    No announcement on Unlimited, but a reason that a lot of your cards are "banned" is that they haven't been fully implemented yet. The full Expanded format will be available in the future.
