Favoriting Versions of a Card

Is there any smart way to favorite your preferred artstyle of a card, so when importing decks, those versions will be prioritised?

As far as I can see, you can only change the import settings to max rarity, which is a start, but having a similair dropdown with "Favorites" would be a nice feature for some people.
