Ranked Game Crashed on opponent's Galarian Articuno?

I know there's normal a 30s timer on both sides to take an action, but here you can see that for at least 8 minutes, the game did not allow anyone to take an action. I was genuinely there for 20mins, and then the game had to be force-closed to actual be able to play. The game did not end for either side upon their timer reaching 0:00
