Are VPN's not working for ptg live anymore?

I am getting the overwhelming feeling that vpn's are no good to play outside of Canada. Which totally sucks for me because I migrated to live and now am locked out of all decks I have created. Pretty sure I will find a random bunny rabbit tomorrow and yet it into the sun!
