Am I Supposed to Be In Master Rank?

I recently re-installed the client and logged back in after about a year of not playing TCG Live.
Upon logging in, I found that my account was still in Master Rank. I'm not sure if that is correct as I was under the belief that the Ladder resets periodically.
Moreover, I am unable to collect the Ladder Rewards from the lower Ball leagues despite being in Master.
Could anyone please resolve this issue or forcefully reset my rank back to it's correct status?

I'm aware of some visual issues related to the ladder and claiming prizes, but I've never heard of the rank failing to reset after a season ends.

If you've already tried reinstalling the client and it still happens... your best option would be to open a support ticket.

We recommend submitting a Support ticket with your account details and explaining that your account remained in Master Rank after returning from an extended break, and that you’re unable to claim the rewards from the lower Ball Leagues.

To contact Support, please visit Pokémon Support, select Pokémon TCG Live, and then choose Contact Us. Support can review your account and determine whether the rank and rewards are functioning as intended.
