@Hades0918, allow me to put this in legal court terms. (Btw these aren't actually how you present yourself in court but I was bored don't judge)
Invocation of Supernatural Rights
@PikaCarter2025, we Queen Vapor and the Shellos race wish to invoke a legislation of yours in which you stated the follwing:
Thanos Bidoof says, “Unfair.” Causing it to vanish, due to there needing to be some fairness.
and that:
the Arceus was vanishing, for fairness.
It is with statements such as these, which are located in Article (page) 17 of this thread, that you have attempted to create what you wish to call "fairness" among these battlegrounds. However, the "fairness" rules have nearly always swung the pendulum in your favor, allowing you to essentially control the superhuman forces of this world according your, and your only will.
As per the request of Queen Vapor, and of course my people, we wish to invoke the balances which you have created, and therefore we are allowed to use via equal imaginative rights; to ease the supernatural tensions created in this war. With this context, we give you two options - to extinguish the existence of the current supernatural beings known as "Thanos Bidoof" and "Shadow Arceus", or to leave the two beings to clash and coexist according to both their and our will.
And with this, I rest my case.

The balance was going to be invoked if Hades never returned Shadow Arceus. I had admitted that I was going to give a way to return the army. I also said though, that if Shadow Arceus stays, then God Bidoof helps.

*Quick updates for those who have not been following the thread, the prosecution and defense have both traded opening statements. Both sides are to now determine what is to come of the prosecution's Invocation of Supernatural Rights.
