Incorret Event Reporting or Possible Play! Pokemon Bug?

Title.

Hi,

I have played a couple League Challenges and a Cup, of which I won 1 challenge and got top 4 at the Cup, but only one of these 3 events show up at my profile. Not to mention the dozens of local games I attended (and still do) every weekend for the past 6 months. I contacted the organizers and they all said the reports were correctly made. I asked players that attended the same events if their profiles had these reports and they do.

I tried the incorrect event reporting page under customer service but the page is unavailable (https://www.pokemon.com/us/customer-service/named/cs_organized_play/45_incorrect_event_reporting). What should one do in this situation?
