Increase The Stage of Banning Phase In Rank Games

I encountered players (including me,) that cannot pick a ban which leaves in a total disadvantage in rank games.

The is that the game still continue despite players are not ready or still loading.

I have encountered this. The game should first load, then the ban phase should start so everyone got the chance to ban Pokemon.

But I have a great idea.

Players can already pre-select Pokemon to ban beforehand kind of like equipping Held items.

Players have at least 3 or 4 Pokemon ban, so there is no time to pick a ban.

If this idea is bad, then extend or wait for all players to finish loading the game.

The game should detect whether the player is totally ready.
