Pokémon riddles

I start with a riddle (pokémon-themed), and de first to answer (correctly) can make a new riddle, and so on (you can tag somebody if you don’t know a riddle, and if nobody knows the answer after a day, you can tell what it was)

What fire-type pokémon glaires at you the whole time?
