Urgent - Unlink Pokemon Trainer Central Account
Hello everyone! I just wanna address my issue and I've been stressing about this since it happened. This started yesterday, someone unauthorized logged in to my account (through Pokemon Trainer Central) and played some matches. I only found out about this when my friends asked if I was playing even though I wasn't. Then I quickly logged in to see someone is still playing and is currently in a match. I immediately try to fix it by logging in to my Pokemon Trainer Central account, but I'm unable to login after many attempts even if my login details were correct. I also tried recovering it through 'Change Password' and I'm unable to receive a code to reset the password and the hackers may have changed it. Now, I'm only stuck with logging this account through Google and Nintendo. The next day, they logged in again and did a match, the same time they logged in yesterday. Thankfully I've been observing the status of my account and able to keep forcing myself to login to my account repeatedly until they got tired of logging in again. This will surely keep on going until the PTC account was unlinked. And no, I did not shared any of my login details to anyone and only kept them to myself. This is the first time that has happened to me and I'm very worried because I made so much progress to my account and been playing it since 2021 after release until today. I have also made a lot of purchases there since I love the game so much. I also do not want to be framed in matches since I know many people in my region who knows my name and thought it was me playing. I have already sent an email to the support regarding this issue and hope it will be resolved as soon as possible because I'm not comfortable being paranoid that someone will just play into my account without me knowing.
