How great would it be if Pokemon Go could incorporate on the main screen another Icon like the Daily Insence or Weather icon that gives you a 24 hour catch total? With that you could have something that would add to your profile a record catch day for yourself that you could always work towards beating. As well as a global page that lists the top 50 trainers each day/week/or for the year. This is just another way trainer's could use the game to compete with themselves and others in their area. Maybe it could adjust to show only your state you live in? Or City? You could expand and say most XP in a day. Now players could buy more eggs etc if they are close to getting on a leader board. I Always find myself wanting to know what's the most I've ever caught in a day and how would that compare to others?
