This is the second prolougue to Pokemon Legends: Lamonica, enjoy!

The Lightning Mouse

Siege was walking along the path back to school, when he heard a whimpering sound coming from... the dumpster? Siege though that couldn’t be right, there couldn’t be anything in the dumpster, when he heard it again! Then he saw something that made his bones chill, it was a Staraptor, but not any Staraptor, it had the mark of... Quorom’s Team Snakes Entwined from Venmos, even though that was many regions away. Siege stealthily made his way to the dumpster and, sure enough there was something in there, it was a female Pikachu, but something was wrong, her heart shaped tail ended in points instead of curves. Siege heard a rustling behind him and jumped up to find two grunts behind him! “Give us the Pikachu and we’ll leave you alone little boy,” said the first grunt. “No!” Siege shouted, hurtling at them and causing them to duck to either side. “Fine. If you want to play it that way, then so be it,” said the second grunt, sending out a Ratatta at the same time as the first grunt. “This isn’t a fair fight,” comes a voice from above. Siege looks up to see Professor Willow, the man who had gotten Siege into school in the first place! The professor nods at Siege and sends out his Charizard as Siege sends out his Beldum. “Use Psychic!” Siege tells Beldum, as the professor shouts, “Charizard use Flamethrower!” The two grunts gulp and run away from the scene in terror, taking their Pokémon with them. “Good job,” says Professor Willow, “Why don’t you take this Pikachu with you back to school and care for her.” “Okay. Why were they after her?” Siege inquires. “I’m not sure,” Willow replies, “Just, head back to school and take care of her.” “Fine,” Siege says, ending the conversation.
