“hmph. well, it’s happened plenty of times, yes, and it always ends in the same way. the humans go on a grand adventure, get celebrated by everyone in town, then disappear, never to be heard of again. and then everyone forgets ‘em!”
the grass-type scratched the side of his face, as was a compulsion for all feline pokémon.
“no-one knows what happens to ‘em. but, if you’re like the rest, you’re too focused on no longer being a pokémon, that you’ll ignore the uncertainty of what happens after.”1 -
