I finally started playing TCG Live, and switched my Teal Dance/Happy Switch deck up a bit. Updated list:

Turns out Teal Mask Ogerpon is still tournament legal! I threw out the Blissey and Energy Switches in favor of Venasaur's ability, and added Meganium for the Wild Growth ability, making all Grass Energy count double. Still working on getting the Hydrapple EX.

I do have one question, though: what's a good replacement for Crispin? I'd like to be able to pull large amounts of Grass energy out of the deck, and only having four Bug Catching Sets is really hampering that.
