More likely to happen in what capacity? Your Prayer Dice can reduce incoming damage to where your Armor can mitigate it completely. You get three of them per session. Now you have a point when it comes to clearing Stress and Hit Points on your own character but you're an Eevee that could eventually learn Draining Kiss as a Sylveon. That move is going to be so good since you heal based on half the hit points inflicted rounded up. Meaning you deal Severe damage = 2 HP healed. Clearing Stress won't be a problem either but you have to level up a bit though as the abilities are level 3+

Ima try tanking as much damage as possible to keep focus away from other players.

Rally Dice is a Bard Class Feature or a core feature that is independent of the Subclass. Meaning if you opted for Wordsmith instead of Troubadour, you'd have Rally Dice that you can use. Every player in the party gets one and since there are two Bards in Group B, every player gets two. They're D6 and upgrade to D8 at Tier 3(level 5). Your Troubadour foundation perk permits you to play songs or apply certain buffs/debuffs for your allies. The songs can grant allies a Hope, clear a Hit point or debuff the enemy by applying the Vulnerable condition. The Hope, Hit Point or Vulnerable song can each be done once per long rest.
Your character sheet has your class feature along with the Hope Feature. Might be wise to study up or familiarize yourself with your class.

Not sure that's a wise path to take or is within your power since you can't force the enemy to hit you unless you had I Am Your Shield(which you don't have in lieu of two Splendor cards). Seraph is meant to apply tactical Healing support when needed and deal out Splendor Justice in the name of Giratina.
I'm sure when carrying out the latter that you'll get your fair share of attention. Thing is myself and others in the party can avoid taking damage or deal with enemies outright in our own way. Yet if you really wanted to draw enemy attention, Guardian was the class to take with Valor domain as your opening focus(I Am Your Shield + Bare Bones or a different Domain card of your choice).
