Sometimes, there are too many illustrators can be in this bracket, and we need to set some criterias so that we can reduce bracket duration. Choosing a topic for this bracket helps us make those criterias.

For example, if this bracket's topic is "Year 2025", only illustrators that make unique illustrations for actual TCG cards or TCG Pocket cards in 2025 count, and we can only view their illustrations made for expansions that are release in 2025 before choosing an illustrator.

You may like the following topics in the options. Choose one, more or "Other". If you choose "Other", tell us about your topics in the comments.

Description for some topics that you may like:

  • "Year 2025": See above.
  • "Year 2026": Same as "Year 2025", but illustrations must be made in 2026 instead. Not recommended, as there can be even more illustrations that will be released in this year.
  • "Eevee and Eeveelutions" (Eevee and its evolutions): Only illustrators that made illustrations of Eevee and its evolutions count, and only illustrations of Eevee and its evolutions can be viewed.
  • "Supporters": Only illustrators that made illustrations of Pokémon characters (for example: Korrina, Lillie, Professors, etc.) count, and only illustrations of Pokémon characters can be viewed".
  • More topics coming soon…

Note: This discussion can't be posted as a poll because each of us can choose more than 1 option.

TCG hasn't interested me in the ~30 years I've been in Pokemon. Yet I do recognize or recall people doing collections around a particular artist or Pokemon they really like. I don't have a particular artist that I like but if I was to collect TCG, I would narrow it down to Vulpix(both), Ninetales(both), Sandshrew(both) and Sandslash(both). Eevee and it's Eevolutions are insanely popular too. Might include those if only because my nieces like them(Vaporeon being a favorite for one of them).

Now if they were to open a Pokemon Center at the Nintendo store in San Francisco... I might no longer have a Bank account. 😭

Thanks, everyone! Your topics are being considered as I'm filtering illustrators for your topics.

And you, what do you mean for "full art" cards? Are they secret rare cards (which have their numbers look like 099/098)?

    Yes yes

But I mean the ones that I have designs with the ex in the back ground, not them just there with a back ground that is their type
