Movie Scene: The Chase

Izzy dashes down the street, Vee holding on to her shoulder for dear life as the girl pushes through the crow and jumps over tables, constantly shouting "SORRY" over her shoulder to the people she disturbs. Izzy glances behind her, groaning as she the grunts still chasing her, one with a Crobat and the other a Hypno. Izzy looks around frantically, searching for an escape.

"Vee evoiee!" Vee begins pointing at an alley way with a trash bin in the middle of the area that seems to be empty of people and even splits at the end.

"Perfect…" the brunette mutters, taking a sharp turn and rushing through it. She hops off the dumpster and continues running with a pause, taking a sharp right turn. She can hear the Team Rocket members' footsteps behind her but she doesn't stop, quickly taking a right.

Left. Right. Hop the fence. Another right She doesn't actually pay attention to wear she's going, but she just keeps going, desperately trying to lose the grunts. I figure this scene will be hectic, so even though she'd make a lot of distance it would only be a few seconds. Vee starts screaming in her should, barely able to hold on, so Izzy stops. Her and her partner stand in the middle of a random alley, trash surrounding them as they pant heavily.

"There's no way they're still on our tail," Izzy mutters to her Eevee, who nods in agreement.

"Got ya," a grunt says from behind the, walking around the corner slowly, tossing their PokeBall up and down. Thier Crobat flies beside them, looking just as smug.

"How'd you keep track of me," the girl asks, her voice weak from all the running and panting.

"I just followed your footsteps," the villain answers with a small but arrogant shrug. "You're a very loud runner."

So this is where I remember that Izzy and Vee are actually incredibly strong but they hate to fight (we still need to figure out why). So I'm thinking the line "I don't want to fight you," from Izzy as Vee hops off her shoulder, growling aggressively.

Of course, the grunt is amused by this, seeing a tiny Eevee and teenager act like they have a chance against them. "Go, use Air Slash," they command, the bat beginning to flap its wings.

"Quick Attack," Izzy shouts, Vee pushing off the ground and ramming into the enemy before a it can react. "Now Swift!" The Eevee bounces off Crobat, doing a flip as she launches stars at it.

Crobat falls to the ground and the grunt looks at the dog in terror. Vee lands with a soft thud and runs back to Izzy, who gives her a quick pet before looking back up at the grunt with a glare. The villain returns their Pokemon and dashes away, shouting "This isn't the last you've heard from Team Rocket!"

"I know…" Izzy states to herself and Vee. "Because I'm going to Kanto to stop them."
