Deluxe Pack Return??

Do we have a way to petition for the return of Deluxe packs? I have been saving my hourglasses for the return. The time passed since Deluxe's first return have been lengthy enough.

    No... that's not how it works....

    But why would you want that exact same Deluxe pack again?
