Hi i am new to buying pokemon as its for my son who has become very interested in everything pokemon I have bought a few single packs and one etb box before but finding it hard to get anything. I would love to try this platform to purchase some. Can anyone tell me when is best time to try get stuff in stock or how I sign up to presale? Thanks in advance.

This will be hard because of scalpers, but maybe try asking your local store what days and times they restock the cards
