For the first step, we'll choose 1 or more illustrator groups below that count by commenting our choices in this discussion.
Required groups:
- Illustrators that have their artwork (in actual TCG cards) released internationally. (Base group: 390 illustrators)
Optional groups:
- Illustrators that have their artwork (in actual TCG cards) released only in Japan. (Optional group 1: 9 illustrators)
- Photographers that have their artwork (in actual TCG cards) released internationally. (Optional group 2: 1 illustrator/photographer)
- Photographers that have their artwork (in actual TCG cards) released only in Japan. (Optional group 3: 11 illustrators/photographers)
- Illustrators that have their artwork released exclusively in TCG Pocket cards. (Optional group 4: 5 illustrators)
Also comment if you want to make exceptions (such as adding or removing illustrators from the bracket).

For the second step, we'll choose the bracket structure. We can use as many qualifiers, Swiss rounds, KO rounds, etc. as we like. There are no fixed options for this step.

Update for Step 1: YOSHIROTTEN is now confirmed and added to the Base group (He/she has illustrated Futuristic Rare cards such as Mew ex (30th Celebration 158/128) and Mewtwo ex (30th Celebration 157/128)). The number of illustrators in this group is now 391.
