Energy tank booster- unable to switch between 1x and 4x

hi everyone. Not sure if bug. Have not been able to switch the booster between one X and 4X. Want to see if anybody house had an issue?

    Hello @Clavius1865 , thank you for reaching out! If you're unable to switch between the 1× and 4× Energy Tank Booster options, it may be helpful to submit a ticket to Support so they can investigate whether this is an issue with the feature or your account.

    To submit a ticket:

    1. Visit https://support.pokemon.com/
    2. Select Pokémon Unite
    3. Click Contact Us
    4. Complete and submit the support form with details about the issue
