24HR wonder picks are broken and support is no help

I noticed about 2 weeks ago that I had been waiting over 72hrs and hadn't seen a 24hr wonder pick, kept checking every 3hrs until a few days ago when I first emailed support. They said 24hr picks stop showing up when you have a living dex of all 1☆ and 2☆ cards. Problem is, I'm missing one 1☆, four 2☆s and four rainbow border 2☆ cards still, greyed out in my dex. Never obtained.

They suggested I go to title screen and clear cache through there, after 3.5GB data re-acquisition nothing changed. It's been 3 days since that email, and still now 24hr wonder picks. Support has entirely stopped responding to me, so I have to ask- is anyone else having issues? Does DeNA even care?

    Yes, happened to me and I've seen several players complaining about it too... I'm not sure if it's an actual bug or they just changed it on propose.

    I'm seeing people in facebook groups for Pocket still getting them so I'm leaning towards a bug that they're either too lazy to RCA and fix or flatout don't care. Stuff like this situation is why I migrated to PTCGL in the first place.
