Greetings Pokémon TCG Live Community,
Welcome to another update from the Pokémon TCG Live development team! Whether you’re relaxing in the sun or heating up the competition on the path to the 2026 Pokémon World Championships, Pokémon TCG Live is here to support all our players. Read on for more information on the latest additions to the app, as well as the fun content that we have planned for you!
Join the Play! Pokémon Mid-Year Celebration
Here at Pokémon TCG Live, we’re big fans of Play! Pokémon, our organized play program that helps Trainers of all skill levels engage in exciting Pokémon battles. From June 15 to August 16, 2026, Play! Pokémon Stores worldwide will host casual events that focus on building community. If you’ve never engaged with your local Pokémon Trading Card Game community, this is a great time to start!
This year, Pokémon TCG Live is joining in on the fun. Log in to the game between June 17 and July 2, 2026, to get a set of deck accessories featuring the Play! Pokémon logo and a stylish set of Lumiose City first partner Pokémon pants for use on your in-game avatar! You’ll also be able to enjoy some snappy new catchphrases both before and after battles that are themed around the Mid-Year Celebration, and engage in fun, noncompetitive play in our new Build & Battle Mode format!
More Improvements to the Deck Editor
The next Deck Editor updates are coming in next week’s release, and we’ve made sure to include some highly requested features! There’s even more on the horizon, but we’re excited to get these latest changes in the hands of our players now. This update includes:
- Win/loss stats for decks: When viewing a deck, you can now see your total wins and losses with it, as well as the calculated win rate.
- Exchange All button: Tired of exchanging all your unowned cards one at a time? With the Exchange All button, you can now exchange everything at once, saving you significant time and repetitive actions.
- Further improved deck validation: Several new quality-of-life improvements make creating and editing decks even more intuitive, such as updated icons and detailed information on why a deck is invalid in a play format.
We’re thrilled to continue improving such a core part of the Pokémon TCG Live experience, and we look forward to hearing your thoughts on these changes once you’ve had a chance to try them out!
