Well based on the chosen Pokémon so far, we got Sprigatito(Hades), Alolan Vulpix(me), Kabuto(Evolve8eon) and TBD(Unova). For those that have decided that yields Overgrow or Protean for Hades, Snow Cloak or Snow Warning for me and Kabuto can get Battle Armor, Swift Swim and Weak Armor. Battle Armor could behave as it does in Pokémon by preventing Critical Hits or reducing Severe Damage to Major for free(latter word be really good on a Guardian). Weak Armor could boost Movement when you mark an HP slot and Swift Swim could yield a perk of moving naturally through Water(no need to roll) with increased movement in said Environment. For Overgrow, could add D6 damage to all attacks when you have four or more HP marks(could be better but I’m translating Pokémon into Daggerheart) while Protean changes your +2 modifier for the duration of combat and can be used once per long rest. Already gave my thoughts on my abilities.

@UnovanZorua has chosen a Pokémon I'm pretty sure...

Ahh well there is 16+ pages, sure to miss it from time to time. Anyways, that gives Poison Point, Natural Cure or Leaf Guard. Poison Point could make Physical attacks against the target to roll a D12. If result is a 12, target becomes Poisoned(and/or Vulnerable). Natural Cure could yield advantage on removing status ailments for you or an Ally while Leaf Guard outright prevents Status ailments during the day or outside(meaning at night or in a cave, it doesn’t apply).
Admittedly not the best conversion but it’s something I did on the fly. Leaf Guard becomes Technician on Roserade and for that, I don’t know.

Possible Technician outcome could be having a boost to Tier 1 Domain spells and Abilities. What that would entail would be a case by case basis but I could see damage die being upgraded by one tier. Namely a D4 becomes a D6, D6 goes to a D8 and so on. D10 would become a D12 so it can be quite strong on higher levels where you have more damage dice. Again it's not perfect but it's at least something.
If you want to go to the trouble of drawing Ancestry cards, by all means.
