How can you level up here?

i am sort of new here. i just logged in a week or so ago. this message came and said that i was level 1 and i wonder how i can level up.

You get points when people react with Likes or Agrees to your posts. You lose a point for every time someone flags you. I think Level 2 needed 50 points, 3 needed 100, 4 needed 500, and 5 needed 1000. There is no level 6. Sometimes you get badges for different things. Badges give a different amount of points based on the badge. You can see which badges give how many points by checking this page: http://community.pokemon.com/Badges

You just need to be on here lots. Personally, levels aren't that much of a big deal. They moreso are just an indicator of who's active most (except Retoion who's level 1 hmmmmmmmm)
