Mega Brave Effect

I know that effects on active Pokemon are removed when they leave the active spot, so I was wondering if the effect on Mega Lucario's Mega Brave counted?
In other words, if I use a switching card and a retreat to move Lucario out and back could I use Mega Brave two turns in a row?

Yes, you can use it... that is actually a basic core mechanic of the game.
Any text saying "this Pokemon can't attack next turn" is a temporary effect on the active Pokemon... so moving it to the bench removes that effect, then if you switch it back into the active spot during the same turn you can use the attack again.
