Improving Solo Queue Experience Through Better Ranked Evaluation
Hello Pokémon Unite Support Team,
I would like to share an idea for improving the ranked system in Pokémon Unite. I feel many ranked matches are decided because teams ignore important objectives like Rayquaza, Zapdos, and Regis while some players focus mostly on farming wild Pokémon. This can reduce teamwork and make matches frustrating for players who try to play objectives.
My suggestion is to make the ranked system reward overall contribution more fairly. Players should receive additional performance points for helping secure major objectives such as Rayquaza/Zapdos and each Regi objective. This would encourage more teamwork, map awareness, and strategic play instead of only focusing on farming or individual scoring.
I also think role-based contribution could improve ranked quality. Defenders and Supporters may not always get high KOs or damage numbers, but they still contribute heavily through protecting teammates, crowd control, healing, and objective support. A system that recognizes different roles fairly would better reflect true match impact.
Additionally, players who stay AFK, ignore lanes, or avoid team objectives should receive stronger penalties because their actions greatly affect team performance.
I believe these changes could make ranked matches more competitive, balanced, and teamwork-focused while improving the overall solo queue experience for many players.
Thank you for reading my feedback.

YES YES YES!!! 100%
Funny… I was just thinking about ways to incentivize Ranked Game mechanics the other day. So many of us who have held on through the horribleness of License Journey & one moveset are quitting the game now because of the even more prevalent lousy teammates who throw games with their Ranked-ignorant choices.
