    Yes. I got a shiny Scizor randomly in the ranch a while ago even though I didn't even have HOME downloaded. They also randomly get marks (those things they added in SwSh that are like ribbons but slightly different and typically present the second you catch the Pokémon) that give Pokémon titles (feature added in SV, makes it so you can set ribbons or marks to get titles like (Pokémon) the ______ ) and sometimes are in different Balls (I've only seen Great Balls but I haven't played in a while).

    you can, just follow this tip.

    When you go to the scouting station, you can scout shinies. About 1/500 chance to get one… a little hard.
