Because Sirens are sort of mysterious and if it were like a ghost it would be cool appearing in fog… it could possibly tempt people with visions of loved ones too.

You mentioned this region would have a history of war, so I thought what if a Pokemon that was genetically or mechanically modified for battle and now is released in the wild, would probably be a pseudo-legend and really rare. Sort of acting like an invasive species.

That's a little weird… though I suppose my idea would be a bit weird. I was thinking what if it infatuated the opponent immediately when it entered battle, as long as they were opposite gender like normal.
