I had this match with opponent Tyranitar and it is asleep. My Gengar use this move called 'Focus Blast' three times on ASLEEP Tyranitar. None of them hit ! It said opponent Tyranitar avoided the attack. Can this really happened ? Is this bug ?

not a bug. the sleep status does not affect the accuracy of moves and asleep pokemon can still dodge

Moves that don't have a 100 accuracy property may not hit a target even if the Pokemon has a status like sleep. Similarly paralysis wouldn't increase move accuracy either.

The intuitive hunch that a Pokemon can't move because they are asleep or move slower because they are slower doesn't equate to moves being more accurate. Pokemon don't actually "move" to avoid the attack.

The only way to make a move more accurate is increasing your accuracy level or decrease your opponents evasion. So your opponent would have needed to increase their accuracy or lower your evasion levels.
