[BUG] Arceus V-Star and Lumineon V

Sometimes I am unable to use Arceus V-Star's V-stat Ability "Starbirth". Likewise, in most games I am unable to use Luminoen V's ability "Luminous Sign". This does not occur in every game, just most.

    Are you sure Path to the Peak isn't in play when this happens?
