Low-End Device Optimization (Give Us Option To Disable Background Effects)

PTCGL on low-end devices actually run well, until a Pokemon is set as an active Pokemon. There's this little deck effect that appears that matches the Pokemon type. This effect lingers until there's a different effect. Example in image.
This takes up so much resources that for low-end devices, this causes low FPS, as little as 12 FPS, actually.
It would be nice if we were given the option to disable these background deck effects so that the game may run more smoothly.
