I think I'd give it 7.5/10

Really good, but I think there should be more ways to get Energies

I don't know what that should be since we lost the Earthen Vessel, but that's just my thoughts

Its a very strong list (7/10) a few things I would personally change, are adding discard retrieval (Night Stretcher), Moving from 4-4 RioLuc to 4-3 RioLuc, reducing switches as they are not as needed with energy retrieval, more gongs, also adding gravity mountain so you can bounce stadiums and reduce 2nd stage hp to allow for more 1 shots. I've added a deck list with these adjustments for if you wanna test it.
