the rope of climbing is 60ft rope and can hold 3000lb you can command the rope with an action and then ask it to get to a destination it moves 10 feet per turn to get there. you can also tell it to secure itself to an object if so it loses 10ft of length but it gives advantage to all that climb it.

it has a ac of 20 and 20 hit points it gains 1 hp every 5 minutes if it has at least 1 hp but if it drops to 0 it is permanently destoryed

Would I be able to command it to wrap around somoneone and pull them in?

That could save a teammate with that!

Also, could I do that to an enemy and follow up with an attack?

@Lonestar85 item lets them add a 1d4 to her insight checks and

once per day can use it to identify what type of creature last touched a certain object and if they make a sucsessfull insight check against a 13+days last touch. they learn the type of creature and can cast locate creature for free.
